No. F.37 - IV/ 53- L.-In pursuance of rule 113 of the Representation of th People ( Conduct of Elections and Election Petitions ) Rules , 1951 , the followir notice is published for general information.
Notice is hereby given under rule 113 of the Representation of the Peo (Conduct of Elections and Election Petitions) Rules, 1951 , that the return election expenses of Sri R. S. Monickam who had been nominated as a candida for the bye election to the House of the People from Aruppukkottai Constituen and the declaration in respect thereof have been lodged with the Returnu Officer on 27th March , 1953. These can be inspected at the Office of the Collect of Ramanathapuram at Madurai between 11 A.M. and 5 P.M. on any working d for a fortnight from the publication of this notice in the Gazette of payment a fee of one rupee.
