New Delhi , the 8th April , 1963
8.O. 1026. Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People by reason of the death of Shri Hifzul Rehman elected to the House from the Amroha Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh ;
Now , therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby calls upon the said constituency to elect before the 25th May , 1963 , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Orders made thereunder , a person to fill the vacancy so caused .

S.O. 1027. In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints , with respect to the bye - election to be held in the Amroha Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / UP / 1 / 62 ( 1 ) , dated the 8th April , 1963.-
( a) the 15th April , 1963 , as the last date for making nominations ;
(b ) the 17th April , 1963 , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
(c ) the 20th April , 1963 , as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures ;
(d) the 19th May, 1963 , as the date on which a poll shall, if necessary , be taken; and
(e ) the 25th May, 1963 , as the date before which the election shall be completed

8.O. 1028. In pursuance of section 56 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby fixes the hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as the hours during which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken for the election to the Housese of the People from the Amroha constituency , to be held in pursuance of its notification Nos . 100 / UP / 1 / 62 ( 1 ) , dated the 8th April , 1963 .

8.O. 1029. Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People by reason of the death of Shri Bramhjeet , elected to that House from the Jaunpur Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh;

Now , therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby calls upon the sald constituency to elect before the 25th May , 1963 , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Orders made thercunder , a person to fill the vacancy so caused .

Now, therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby calls upon the sald constituency to elect before the 25th May , 1963 , in accordance with the provisions of the sald Act and of the Rules and Orders made thereunder , a person to fill the vacancy so caused .
