NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th April 1963
S.O. 1092. In continuation of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Transport and Communications No. S.O. 797 -A dated the 5th April, 1961 and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 6 of the Aircraft Act , 1934 ( 22 of 1934 ) , the Central Government , being of the opinion that it is in the interest of public safety so to do , hereby orders that for a further period of two years with effect from 10th April , 1963 , no aircraft shall , save in accordance with a special permit to be issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence , subject to such conditions as it may think fit to impose , make flights into or over the following tribal areas , namely: --
North East Frontier Agency; and Nagaland .
