NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th April 1963
G.S.R. 641. In exercise of the powera conferred by sub - rules ( 2) and ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962, the Central Government hereby makes the following order to amend the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1963 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Amendment Order , 1963.
2. In the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1963 , in clause 3 ( d ) , after the words "In the sales tax" , the words " and in any local tax" shall be inserted.
