NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th April , 1963 .
G.S.R. 679. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rules ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1963, namely: -
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Second Amend- ment Order , 1963 .
2. In the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1963 , for the Schedule , the follow- ing Schedule shall be substituted , namely : -

Description of kerosene
(a) Superior
( i ) In bulk per Kilolitre .
One hundred and one rupees and seventy - two naiye palse .
( ii ) A tin containing 18.5 litres . One rupee and eighty - eight naiye paise.
Seven naiye paise .
( iii ) A bottle containing th of a litre .
(b) Inferior
( 1 ) In bulk per Kilolitre.
Forty - one rupees and twenty - nine naiye paise.
Seventy - six naiye paise .
( li ) A tin containing 18-5 litres .
Three naiye paise .
( iii ) A bottle containing ath of a litre .
( c) Aviation Turbine Fuel
In bulk per Kilolitre .
One hundred and one rupees and sixty - nine naiye paise .
