New Delhi , the 20th April 1963
S.O. 1152. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 , of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/ GJ/ 61 , dated the 21st October , 1961 , namely : -
In the Table appended to the said notification, for the existing entries in column 3 against item No. 3 the following entries shall be substituted:-
3-Rajkot
1. Resident Deputy Collector , Rajkot .
2. Deputy Collector , Morvi Sub - Division , Morvi .
