New Delhi , the 22nd April 1963
S.O. 1158. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely:---
InPart B of Schedule I to the said Order ,
Manganese dioxide / peroxide appearing against sub - item ( iii ) under item 12 shall be omitted .
