NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 23rd April 1963

G.S.R. 734/Sugar-Export.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), G.S.R. No. 1091/Sugar-Export dated 17th August, 1962, namely: —

In the said Order, for the expression "30th day of April, 1903", the expression "30th day of June, 1963", shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 735/Sufar-Export.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1950, (30 of 1958), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), G.S.R. No. 1180/Sugar-Export dated 29th August, 1962, namely: —

In the said Order, for the expression "30th day of April, 1963", the expression "30th day of June, 1963", shall be substituted,

G.S.R. 736/Sugar-Export.—In exercise of the . powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958, (30 of 1958) the Centra] Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) G.S.R. No. 1540/Sugar-Export dated 16th November, 1962, namely: —

In the said Order, for the expression "30th day of April, 1963", the expression "30th day of June, 1963", shall be substituted.
