"In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that SHRI BHIL PARASOTTAMDAS HARIBHAI of Sidhiapura , Post Agar , Taluka Naswadi , District Baroda , has been duly elected by the Dohad con- stituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the death of Shri Hirabhai Kunvarbhai Baria .
