ORDER

New Delhi, the 27th April 1963

S.O. 1217.—In pursuance of the Directions issued under the provisions of each of the enactments specified in the first Schedule annexed hereto, the Central Government after considering the recommendation of the Film Advisory Board, Bombay hereby approves the film specified in column 2 of the second Schedule annexed hereto in all its language versions to be of the description specified against it in column 6 of the said second Schedule.

THE FIRST SCHEDULE

1. Sub-Section (4) of the Section 12 and Section 16 of the Cinematograph Act, 1052 (Central Act XXXVII of 1952).

2. Sub-Section (3) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regu- lation) Act, 1955 (President's Act 4 of 1955).

3. Sub-Section (2) of Section 5 of the Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1953 (Assam Act XIV of 1953).

8.0. 1218.—In this Ministry's S.O. No. 51 dated 7th January, 1963, appearing in the Gazette of India Extraordinaiy Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), No. 2 dated the 8th January, 1963; substitute "133'2 metres" for the existing entry "143-6 metres" occurring against Serial No. 4 "Building A Nest" under the column "Length 35mm" in the Second Schedule.
