S.O. 1279.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Copyright Act , 1957 ( 14 of 1957 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the International Copyright Order , 1958, namely:-
1. ( i ) This Order may be called the International Copyright ( Third Amend- ment ) Order , 1963 .
( ii ) It shall come into force on the 4th May , 1963 .
2. In the International Copyright Order , 1958 , in Part II of the Schedule , in the Explanation ; -
( i ) before the entry 'Fiji' , the entries " Bermuda " and "North Borneo " shall be inserted in that order ;
( 11 ) after the entry, 'Sarawak' , the entry ' Zanzibar ' shall be inserted ,
