CUSTOMS
New Delhi , the 30th April 1963
G.S.R. 785.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- s ction ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that for the maintenance of public order , it is necessary so to do , hereby prohibits absolutely the import into India of any issue of the Urdu periodical entitled 'Bang ' published by ' Azad Kashmir Radio' , or any extract therefrom , or reprint of, or any translation of, or other document , reproducing any matter contained in any issue of the said periodical .
