NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th May 1963
G.S.R. 788 / Sugar - Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes , 1 lakh ( one lakh ) metric tons of sugar as the quantity which may be exported during the period commencing on the date of publication of this Notification and ending with the 31st day of August, 1963
