S.O. 1281. In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the following deodeclaration containing the name of the candidatecandidate elected in the constituency referred to therein is published for general information: --

In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that Shri KOUJALGI HEMAPPA VEERABHADRAPPA of Bailhongal , District Belgaum has been duly elected by the Belgaum Parliamentary Consti- tuency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the death of Shri B. N. Datar .
