New Delhi , the 3rd May 1963
S.O. 1331. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Repre- sentation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in its Notification No. 100 /UP / 1 / 62 ( 3 ) , dated the 8th April 1963 , namely : -
For the words , figures and letters " from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. " , the words , figures and letters " from, 7 A.M. to 4 P.M. " shall be substituted.
