In pursuance of section 66 ofof the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , I declare that Shyamkumari Devi of Fingeshwar , Tahsil Bindranawagar , District Raipur , M.P. has been duly electedby the 16 - Raipur Parliamentary constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the death of Kesharkumaıl Devi .
