NOTIFICATION
CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi , the 16th May 1963
G.S.R. 855.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1:44 ( I of 1944 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 94 / 60 - Central Excises dated the 30th June , 1960 , namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification-
( a ) against the item " Medium' fitted with diesel engine " , in column 3 , for the abbreviations and figures " Rs . 24,650 " , the abbreviations and figures "Rs . 25,000 " shall be substituted;
(b ) against the item "Heavy fitted with petrol / dicsel engine " , in column 3, for the abbreviations and figures "Rs. 33,710 " , the abbreviations and figures "Rs . 33,440 " shall be substituted.
