New Delhi , the 17th May 1963
CANTONMENT ELECTION
S.R.O. 2 - E.- Whereas two vacancies have occurred in the Cantonment Board , Deolali , by reason of the election of Shri Pawar Tulsiram Dadaji and Shri Ozarkar Prabhaker Shanker from the General and Reserve seats respectiv ly in Ward No. IV of the Deolall Cantonment , having been set aside by the District Court , Nasik;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 7 ) of section 13 and sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 16 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby notifies the aforesaid vacancies in the membership of the said Board and fixes the 8th day of July , 1963 , as the date on which casual election shall be held in the said Ward to fill the aforesaid vacancies .
