NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th May 1963
G.S.R. 856.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules 1962 , the Central Government hereby makes the following order , namely :-
1. Short title . This Order may be called the Sugar ( Control ) Amendment Order, 1963 .
2. Amendment of clause 6. In the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , in clause 6 , in the proviso to sub - clause ( 3 ) after the words " State Government " , the following words shall be inserted , namely :-
" or by any officer authorised in this behalf by the Central or State Govern- ment" .
