New Delhi , the 20th May 1963
G.S R. 885. In cxercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 11 of Salaries and Allowances of Ministers Act , 1952 ( 58 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministers ' (Allowances , Medical Treatment and Other Privileges ) Rules , 1957 , namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Ministers ' ( Allowances , Medical Treatment and Other Privileges ) Second Amendment Rules , 1963 .
2 In the Ministers' ( Allowances , Medical Treatment and Other Privileges ) Rules , 1957 ,in sub -rule ( 1)(1) ofof rule 3 , the words " and to the Minister for Parlia- mentary Affairs , " shall," shall be omitted .
