NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st May 1963
G.S.R. 952. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Sugar (Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby directs that no producer of sugar , who is required to supply sugar to a State Government or an Administrator of a Union territory or a nominee of any such Government or Administrator , under the direction issued by the Chief Director , Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati , Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) , shall demand or receive from such Government , Administrator or nominee , any amouramount in excess of Rs . 10 per quintal as an advance prior to despatch of the consignment in respect of sugar so directed to be supplied and arranged to be despatched by rail .
