NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th June 1963
S.O. 1591, -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 16 of the Securities Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1956 (42 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Economic Affairs ) No. S.O. 3644 dated the 29th November , 1962 , namely :-
In the said notification , after the words " the whole of India" , the words " ex- cept the States of Madras and Maharashtra " shall be inserted.
