S.O. 1599.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 16 of the Securities Contracta (Regulation) Act,Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) , the Central Govern- hent hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of thethe Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Economic Affairs ) No. S.O. 3644 dated the 29th November , 1962 , namely: -
In the said notification , for the words " except the States of Madras and Maha- rashtra" the words " except the States of Madras , Maharashtra , Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat and the Union territory of Delhi " shall be substituted .
