IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 14th June 1963
SUBJECT : -United States Aid Programme- Chartering of Ocean Vessels and Embargo on certain vessels for transport of Aid financed goods .
No. 60 - ITC ( PN ) /63.-Attention of the importers is invited to Ministry of Com- merce and Industry Public Notice Nos. 32 - ITC ( PN) / 63 dated 16th April, 1963 , 44 - ITC (PN) / 63 dated 15th May 1963 , and 52 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 dated 31st May 1963 incorporating the lists showing the names of the vessels which are not eligible to carry Ald financed goods .
2. It has further been decided that the following vessels will not be eligible to carry Aid financed goods and their names are hereby added to the list attached to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Public Notice No. 32 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 dated 16th April , 1963 .

3. It is also notified that the name of vessel , ' Wendover ( British ) ' added in the list of ineligible vessels vide Public Notice No. 52 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 dated 31st May 1963 has since been deleted from the list of ineligible ships .
