NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th June 1963
S.O. 1660. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the Government of Union Territories Act , 1963 ( 20 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July , 1963 , as the date on which shall come into force-
(a) in the Union territories of Himachal Pradesh , Manipur and Tripura , all the provisions of the said Act ;
(b ) in the Union territory of Delhi , so much of the provisions of the said Act as applies thereto .
