NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th June 1963
S.O.1554 -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the Agricul- ural Produce Cess Act , 1940 ( XXVII of 1940 ) and in supersession of the notification of the Govern- nent of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Agriculture ) SO No 1959 lated the 23rd June , 1962 , the Central Government is pleased to fix with effect from the Ist July , 1953 for the articles specified in Column 2 of the Schedule hereto annexed , being the articles numerated in the Schedule to the said Act, the tariff values specified in the corresponding entry in Column 4 thereof.
