NOTIFICATION.

New Delhi, the 25th June, 1963.

S.O. 1199.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 3 of the Emergency Risks (Factories) Insurance Act, 1962 (63 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks (Factories) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No S O 3946, dated the 26th December, 1962, namely —

1 (1) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks (Factories) Insurance (Second Amendment) Scheme, 1963

(2) It shall come into force on the first day of July, 1963. 2. In the Emergency Risks (Factories) Insurance Scheme-

in sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 8, for the words and figures ''quarter ending on the 30th June, 1963, shall be payable at the rate of fifteen nave paise" the words and figures "quarter ending on the 30th September, 1963, shall be payable at the rate of 11.25 naye paise" shall be substituted.

S.O. 1800.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Act, 1962 (62 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme issued with the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No S O. 3945,

dated the 26th December, 1962, namely —

(2) It shall come into force on the first day of July, 1963 2. In the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme in sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 10, fro thewords and figures "quarter ending on the 30th June, 1963,shall be payable at the rateof ten naye paise", the words and figures "quarter ending on the 30th September, 1963, shall be payable at the rate of 7 50 naye paise" shall (319) be substituted. In Ministry of Mines and Fuel, Notification No. C5-12(.10)/03-I, dated 1st June, 1963, puDlished in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part ii—Section 3(11), dated 1st June, 1963 as S.O. 1537, the iollowmg corrections are to be made: —

(1) On page 263—in Table Kb;,—

(a.) In the heading, the figures and letter "IIIA" should read "Grade IIIA".

(bj in the heading of the third column, the word "Stem" should read "Steam".

(2) In page 265,—

(a) in the 12th line, the word "per" should read "per cent".

(fcO under Note 4, in the second line, the figures and word "2240) ibs" should read "2240 lbs.".

(3) In page 266, under Note 2 below Table II, in the second line, the word "trammay" should read "tramway".

(4) The note below Table V, in page 268 should read as follows:—

"NOTE: The prices given under Table V above are for delivery tree on rail at or at the loading point nearest to the colliery, or free on tramway or road vehicle at the colliery".

(6) The note below Table VI, in page 269 should read as follows:—

"NOTE: the prices given under Table VI are for delivery free on rail at or at the loading point nearest to the cokery or free on tramway or road vehicle at the cokery".

(6) In page 269, in the last line of the notification, the figures and words "05 per cent" should read "-05 per cent.".
