S.O. 1802.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 13B of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , and in supersession of is notification No. 429 / MR/ 61 , dated the 11th November , 1961 , the Election Commission , in con- sultation with the Manipur Administration , hereby designates the District Election Officer , Manipur , as the Electoral Registration Officer for the Inner Manipur Parlia- mentary Constituency and for the Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency .
