3. Shri K. M. Guruswamy Pillay

4. Shri V. M. C. Varada Pillay

5. Shri M. K. Zeevaratnam

to be the other Ministers , in the Union territory of Pondicherry , with effect from the forenoon of the 1st July , 1963 .
