NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th June 1963
S.O. 1804/AP-84/9N/Ess.COMM/Iron and Steel/15(1).—The following Notifications issued by the Iron and Steel Controller under Sub-clause (1) of Clause 15 of the Iron & Steel (Control) Order, 1956 is published for general information:—
"NOTIFICATION
The items of Base prices and the Extras were notified in the Notification No. S.O. 2249-ESS.COMM/Iron and Steel-15(l) and 27(1), dated 18th October, 1958, published in Part II—Section 3 (ii) of the Gazette of India, dated 1st November, 1958, as amended from time to time. In partial modification thereof, the Iron & Steel Controller In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-clause (I) of clause 15 of the Iron and Steel (Control) Order, 1956, as amended from time to time and with the approval of the Central Government, hereby notifies in respect of some of the items of Base prices as mentioned below, the revised sectional extras as indicated against each. The extras mentioned in the Gazette Notification, dated 1st November, 1958, as amended from time to time, which are not being super- seded now will remain in force as before.
