No. 24 ( 38 ) -Tex ( D) /62.-In their Resolution No. 24 ( 38 ) Tex ( D) / 62 dated the 9th May, 1963 the Government have requested the Tariff Commission to examine and report on the fair prices for all types/ deniers of viscose filament yarn and other man - made fibre yarn other than acetate rayon yarn. For this , the Tariff Commission will be examining the entire cost structure of man - made fibres (both cellulosic and non - cellulosic ) including staple fibre yarn but excluding acetate rayon yarn ,

4. In conducting its enquiry , the Commission will also take into account the cost of raw materials , power , wages and other overheads and any other factor which may be considered relevant .

5. Firms or persons interested in the matter and who desire that their views should be considered may address their representations to the Secretary , Tariff Commission, Central Government Offices Building, 101 Queen's Road , Bombay - 1.
