NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 6th July 1963
should be enabled , for the S.O. 1905. Whereas the colliery undertakings purpose of obtaining loans or other financial assistance from-
( i ) banks ; or
( ii ) other financial bodies or institutions ,
incorporated or established in India, to furnish information relating to their operation to such banks or other financial bodies or institutions ;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of sub - rule ( 3 ) of rule 52 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962, read with sub - clause ( vi ) of clause (b ) of that sub - rule , the Central Government hereby authorises such banks or other financial bodies or institutions as the persons to whom accounts , reports and other documents refer- red to in sub- rule ( 2 ) of the said rule , relating to the colliery undertakings , or copics thereof or extracts therefrom may be furnished by the colliery under- takings for the purpose aforesaid:
Provided that such banks or other financial bodies or institutions shall not publish or cause or allow to be publshed such acounts , reports and other docu- ments or copies thereof or extracts therefrom , except with the previons permission in writing of the Central Government .

S.O. 1906. Whereas the Wages Board for the coal mining industry constituted by the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment by reso lutions No. WB - 16 ( 1 ) / 62 , dated the 10th August , 1962. and the 17th October , 1962, has issued a questionnaire ;
And whereas the colliery undertakings should be enabled to furnish informa- tion to the said Wage Board with regard to the said questionnaire ;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of sub - rule ( 3 ) of rule 52 of the Defence of India Rules, 1962 , read with sub - clause ( vi ) of clause ( b ) of that sub - rule , the Central Government hereby authorises the said Wage Board as the person to whom accounts , reports and other documents referred to in sub - rule ( 2 ) of the said rule , relating to the colliery undertakings , or copies thereof , or extracts there- from, may be furnished by the colliery undertakings for the purpose aforesaid :
Provided that the said Wage Board shall not publish or cause or allow to be published , such accounts , reports and other documents , or copies thereof or

S.O. 1907. Whereas the Institute of Public Administration , a private non- profit organisation chartered under the laws of the State of New York , is engaged In the conduct of an economic and social survey of the hinterland of the city of Calcutta in association with the Calcutta Metropolitan Planning Organisation ;
And whereas the Central Government considers that the colliery undertakings specified in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule annexed hereto should be enabled to furnish necessary information, relating to their operation , as are required by the said Institute in connection with the survey undertaken by it ;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of sub - rule ( 3 ) of rule 52 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962, read with sub - clause ( vi ) of clause ( b ) of that sub- rule , the Central Government hereby authorises the said Institute as the person to whom accounts , reports or other documents referred to in sub - rule ( 2 ) of the said rule, relating to the said undertakings , or coples thereof or extracte therefrom , may be furnished by the said undertakings for the purpose aforesaid:
Provided that the said Institute shall not publish or cause or allow to be published, such accounts , reports and other documents , or copies thereof or extracts therefrom, except with the previous permission in writing of the Central Government .
