IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 9th July 1963
SUBJECT . Import of Dry fruits etc. , from Iran during February / July 1963 .
No. 75 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 . Attention of the importers is invited to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Public Notice No. 6 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 , dated the 23rd January , 1963 , wherein it was notifled that raising of Iranian origin would be allowed import by steam ships from Iranian ports as well as through sailing vessels and land route .
2. It has now been decided that import of all the items included in the Annexure to the above Public Notice of Iranian origin will also be allowed import by steam ships from Iranian ports as well as through sailing vessels and land route. This concession of import by steam ship will be valid only upto the 31st July, 1963 .
3. Import of raisins by steam ships as well as through sailing vessels and land route will however continue as before .
