ORDER
New Delhi , the 11th July 1963
S.O. 1982. Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 1718 dated the 11th July , 1960 , the manage- ment of the undertaking known as the India Electric Works Limited , Calcutta , was taken over for a period of three years from 11th July , 1960 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that such management shall be continued for a further period of two years ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that in paragraph 2 of the said Order for the words " three years " the words " five years " shall be substituted .
