NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th July 1963
S.O. 2048. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Compul- sory Deposit Scheme Act , 1963 ( 21 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby exempts the employees of the Central Government in India Missions and Posts abroad who have been recruited locally and whose annual income from salary is rupees one thousand five hundred or more and who are not able to payment of tax under the Income - tax Act , 1961 ( 43 of 1961 ) from the operation of all the provisions of the said Compulsory Deposit Scheme Act , 1963 .
