NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th July 1963
S.O. 2054. The following Order made by the President on July 10 , 1963 , is published for general information : --
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 77 of the Consti- tution, the President hereby makes , with immediate effect , the following amend- ments in the Government of India ( Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely :-
In the said Rules-
(A) in the First Schedule .
( a) entry 1 shall be omitted;
(b ) entries 2 , 3 and 3A shall be renumbered as 1 , 2 and 3 respectively ;
( c) between entries 9 and 10 , the following entry shall be inserted , namely :-
" 9A . Ministry of Industry
( i ) Department of Industry
( ii ) Department of Company Law Administration " ; and
(d) between entries 10 and 11, the following entry shall be inserted , namely:---
" 10A . Ministry of International Trade . " .
(B) in the Second Schedule ,
(a) the heading " Ministry of Commerce and Industry " and the entries under it shall be omitted ;
(b) after the entries under the heading " Ministry of Home Affairs " and before the heading "Ministry of Information and Broadcasting " , the following heading and entries shall be inserted , namely:-
"Ministry of Industry " and the entries given in Appendix I and Appendix II to this Order ; and
(c ) after the entries under the heading " Ministry of Information and Broad- casting" and before the heading " Ministry of Irrigation and Power " , the following heading and entries shall be inserted , namely :-
"Ministry of International Trade " and the entries given in Appendix III to this Order .
