IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 22nd July 1963
SUBJECT : -Application fees for import licences-Crediting of Head of Account- Pondicherry .
No. 83 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 . Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 99 - ITC ( PN ) / 62 , dated the 9th August , 1962 whereby the application fees for import licences in respect of the State of Pondicherry were creditableble to the revised Major Head "LII - Misc" with effect from 1st April , 1962. It has now been decided that with effect from 1st July , 1963 , the Head of Account for crediting import application fees in respect of Pondicherry should be the same as for the rest of India, namely, Major Head of Account "XXXII Miscellaneous Social and Developmental organisa- tion" .
Para 8 of Section I of the Import Trade Control Policy Book for April 1963- March 1964 may be deemed to haveave been m modified accordingly .
