New Delhi , the 23rd July , 1963
S.O. 2115. The following Order made by the President on July 21 , 1963 , is published for general information :
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion , the President hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely : --
In the said Rules , in the Second Schedule-
(1) under the heading , "Ministry of Irrigation & Power " , entries 21 , 22 and 23 shall be omitted ; and
(2) under the heading , " Ministry of Scientific Research & Cultural Affairs " , after entry 80 , the following entries shall be added , namely: - " 81. The Muslim Wakfs Act , 1954 .
82. The Delhi Muslim Wakfs Act , 1943 .
83. Work in respect of Wakf properties under the Administration of Evacuee Property Act , 1950 " .
