S.R.O. 4 - E.- In exercise of the powers conferred by rules 90 and 150 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf , the Central Government hereby rescinds the Vessels ( Control of Entry and Examina- tion) Order , 1962 , published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. SRO 9 - E dated the 19th December , 1962 .
