IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 30th July 1963
SUBJECT : -Special Export Promotion Scheme for Silk Fabrics both Mulberry and Tassar Import entitlement under-
No. 95 - ITC ( PN ) /63.-Attention is invited to Appendix 23 , Annexure I-Part I of the Import Trade Control Policy Book for the year April , 1963-March , 1964 Against item 15 under column No. 6 of Part I of the aforesaid Annexure , the following shall be substituted: -
"75 per cent of the f.o.b. value of the fabrics / garments / made- up articles subject to a maximum f.o.b. value of Rs . 16/ - per square metre of silk fabrics . "
2. The above amendment shall take effect from 8th March, 1963 .
