S.R.O. 5 - E . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 16 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 150 , dated 19th April 1963 , the Central Government hereby fixes 29th August , 1963 , as the date on which elections in Ward No. II of FATEHGARH Cantonment shall be held .
