S.O. 2089. In exercise of the powers conferredconfe by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 5 of the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 56/1/62: ( S.O. 2939 ) , dated the 22nd September , 1962 , namely : -
In the Table appended to the said notification after item 18, the following item shall be inserted , namely:----
1. Congress
