"In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , I declare that Shri ABRAHAM P. of No. 70, Rosary Street, Muthialpet, Pondi- cherry, has been duly elected by the elected members of the Pondicherry Legisla- tive Assembly to fill the seat in the Council of States allotted to the Union Terri- tory of Pondicherry .
