IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT : -United States AID Programme Chartering of Ocean Vessels and Embargo on certain Vessels for Transport of AID - financed goods .
No. 102 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 .--Attention of the importers is invited to Ministry of International Trade Public Notice No. 85 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 , dated 26th July, 1963 , on the above subject giving a consolidated list of vessels declared ineligible to carry AID - financed goods . It was also stated therein that any additions/ alterations in the list will be duly notified in Public Notices from time to time .
2. It has now been decided that the following vessels will not be eligible to carry AID -financed goods and their names are hereby added to the list attached to Ministry of International Trade Public Notice No. 85 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 , dated 26th July , 1963 , at the appropriate places .

SUBJECT : -Import of Dry Fruits , etc. , from Iran during February / July , 1963 .
No. 103 - ITC ( PN ) /63.-Attention of the importers is invited to the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry Public Notice No. 75 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 , dated the 9th July , 1963 , wherein it wawas notified that all the items of goods of Iranian origin, included in the annexure to the Public Notice No. 6/63 , dated the 23rd January , 1963 , will be allowed import by steamships as well from Iranian Ports upto 31st July , 1963 .
It has now been decided to extend this concession of import of the items referred to above by steamships upto 15th September , 1963 .
Import of raisin by steamships as well as sailing vessels and a'ong land route will, however , continue as before .
