New Delhi , the 8th August , 1963 .
S.O. 2088 In pursuance of clause 4 of the Colliery Control Order , 1945 , as continued in force by section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines and Fuel No. S.O. 1537 dated the 1st June, 1963 , namely :-
In the said notification , in Table III , for the existing entries in the second , third and fourth columns against the entry " Margherita collieries of the Assam Railways and Trading Company " in the first column , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
