RESOLUTIONS
(Import Trade Control)
New Delhi, the 17th August 1963
No. 1/22/61-Ad. C.—The Government of India have decided to extend upto 31st December, 1963, the life of the Import Advisory Council set up under the late Minis- try of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. 1/22/61-Ad. C, dated the 23rd August, 1961, with the following changes in its composition contained in Part I of Para 1 of the same Resolution;—•
(1) Chairman—Minister of International Trade,
(ii) Vice-Chairman—Secretary, Ministry of International Trade.
ORDER
Ordered that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary for general information.
No. 1/22/61-Ad. C—The Government of India have decided to make further changes to those announced in the Ministry of International Trade Resolution No. 1/22/61-Ad. C. dated the 17th August, 1963, in the composition of the Import Advisory Council, as below.
In Part I of Para 1 of the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. 1/22/61-Ad. C. dated the 23rd August, 1901, against Clause (v) for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted:—
(v) Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Industry.

No. 1/23/61-Ad. C.—The Government of India have decided to extend upto 31st December, 1963, the life of the Export Promotion Advisory Council set up under the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. 1/23/61-Ad. C, dated the 23rd August, 1961, with the following changes in its composition contained in Part I of para 1 of the same Resolution:—

No. 1/28/61-Ad, C.—The Government of India have decided to make further changes to those announced In the Ministry of International Trade Resolution No. 1/23/61-Ad. C. dated the 17th August, 1063, in the composition of the Export Pro- motion Advisory Council as below.
In Fart I of para 1 of the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. 1/23/61-Ad. C. dated the 23rd August, 1961, against Clauses (v), and (vii), for the existing entries, the following shall be substituted:—
(v) Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Industry.
(vil) Joint Secretary (Export Promotion), Ministry of International Trade—
Member Secretary.
