S.O. 3324. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the Employees ' Provident Funds ( Amendment ) Act , 1963 ( 28 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 30th day of November , 1963 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force .
