New Delhi, the 30th August 1963
S.O. 2515—In pursuance of the Directions issued under the provisions of each of the enactments specified in the first Schedule annexed hereto, the Central Gov- ernment after considering the recommendation of the Film Advisory Board. Bombay hereby approves the film specified in column 2 of the second schedule annexed hereto in all its language versions to be of the description specified against it in column (3 of the said second Schedule.
THE FIRST SCHEDULE
1. Sub-Section (4) of the Section 12 and Section 16 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (Central Act XXXVII of 1952).
2. Sub-Section (3) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regula- tion), Act, 1955 (President's Act 4 of 1955).
