MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT

ORDER

New Delhi, the 3rd September 1963

S.O. 2576.—Whereas, an industrial dispute exists between the employers in rela- tion to the Stale Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur and their workmen represented by the Rajasthan Bank Employees' Union;

And, whereas, the said dispute has not been referred under section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to any Labour Court or Tribunal;

And whereas the said employers and the Union have under sub-section (1) of section 10A of the said Act, referred the said dispute to the arbitration of Shri S. Krishna Conciliation Officer (Central), Ajmer by an arbitration agreement and a copy of 'that agreement has been forwarded to the Central Government and receiv- ed by it on the 22nd August, 1963;

Now therefore, in pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 10A of the said Act. the Central Government hereby publishes the said arbitration agreement.

Representing Employers.—Shri H. C. Chhabra, Law Officer, State Bank ofBikaner & Jaipur, Head Office, Station Road, Jaipur. Representing the workmen.—Shri L. N. Bhayal, Secretary, Rajasthan Bank Employees Union, Sojati Gate, Jodhpur. It is hereby agreed between the parties to refer to following industrial dispute to the arbitration of Shri S. Krishna, Conciliation Officer (Central), Ajmer. (i) Specific matters in dispute: "In what time Shri Mishrilal, Sweeper in the State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur at City branch, Jodhpur can sweep the bank premises inclusive of cleaning latrine each day."
