New Delhi, the 6th September 1963

S.O. 2579.—In pursuance of the Directions issued under the provisions of each of the enactments specified in the first Schedule annexed hereto, the Central Gov- ernment after considering the recommendations of the Film Advisory Board, Bombay hereby approves the films specified in column 2 of the Second Schedule annexed hereto in all their language versions to be of the description specified against each in column 6 of the said Second Schedule.

THE First SCHEDULE

1. Sub-Section (4) of Section 12 and Section 16 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (Central Act XXXVII of 1962).

2. Sub-Section (3) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regula- tion) Act, 1955 (President's Act 4 of 1955).

3. Sub-Section (2) of Section 5 of the Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Act. 1953 (Assam Act XIV of 1953).
